cost to replace window w/ failed seal

Anyone know approx how much it would cost to replace a window that had a failed seal? I have tri state windows (sliders) which were there before I moved in. One window I can't even see out of because of all the trapped water/condensation in the glass. I called tri state and they told me that the warranty expired since the windows were installed more than 10 years ago. They told me it would cost $75 just to have someone come out and take a look at it, not even including the estimate of what it would cost. I have two windows where the seal failed. I am looking to possibly replace the sliders with casements next year so I just wanted to see if it was even worth the cost of repairing.

I have a few windows like that and some were covered under warranty others the warranty expired.

They popped out the windows and replaced them. They do not take the glass out. It took the guy an hour to do 5 (4 windows and a slider) If you are replacing within a year I wouldn't even bother.
