yoga in massapequa area
i would really like to add yoga to my routine. prob a once a week thing.
can you recommend a yoga studio that is welcoming of newcomers/beginners
NOT hot yoga please

Damn I was going to suggest HYM. 
I'm on a local FB moms group and I'm always seeing posts about that new place on Broadway in Amityville, I think it's called Lotus.
As an aside, if anyone is looking for a hot yoga partner, let me know. I've just started getting back into it.

Theres Tara Om studio on Broadway in Massapequa or if you're feeling a bit more adventerous- Emerge Yoga and Wellness Center in Bellmore is AWESOME! They have Antigravity Yoga which is really great but they also have some other regular yoga classes.
