It's a mix of American and Italian cuisines. All areas. Some are more trendy and some more ny traditional.

They have one. So does quality meats.

Not super private, but the chef's table at Barbuto (West Village) is a really cool experience. It sits up to 16 i think, and is basically adjacent to the kitchen area, so you can see everything in action.
