Re: Official 21 Day Fix Thread
Hi ladies! Can I join? I just started today and just finished my first workout-- it was definitely tough! Lol. Does anyone drink shakeology? I LOVE the chocolate flavor and I'm thinking of reordering it again. I'm going to update tonight with my meal plan for tomorrow...gotta stay accountable and motivated! Good luck!

YAY! I tried making the shakeology with cold coffee (had read about it) and I thought it was awful I wanted to love it lol. I'll try a different way. How do you prepare it?
I am so sore today from the first workout so watch out lol! I'm nervous because I have to do legs tomorrow!

Just want you to know tomato sauce would not be a purple it would be green and probably not even a whole one depending how much you used

Re: Official 21 Day Fix Thread
I used to make it with almond milk, ice and a heaping teaspoon of PB2 (the powdered peanut butter). Sometimes I'd throw half a banana in too. On this meal plan, I don't think almond milk is allowed everyday so I'm thinking I'll just use ice, water and one my teaspoons of peanut or almond butter. I'll probably order it again...I stopping drinking it bc it was so damn cold this winter and I just could not have a frozen shake in that weather! Lol.

Re: Official 21 Day Fix Thread
My abs and legs are SO sore!! I'm doing arms today just because I need to give my bottom half a break. I started with the lower fix and then did the pilates yesterday. Good workouts, challenging for sure. I feel so out of shape.
I'm eating pretty good. At first the containers seemed small but I'm finding once you fill them up, it's actually more food then you think.
Last night I grilled marinated chicken on skewers and grilled a big basket of marinated onions, peppers, mandarin oranges, and pineapple chunks. Served both over homemade seasoned rice. It was SO good and I was able to eat SO much! I'm having the leftovers for lunch today.
I've also been eating a lot of watermelon, strawberries, and bananas. I've had oatmeal or warm granola for breakfast, roast beef sandwiches for lunch, and I'm trying to eat more veggies throughout the day.
I'm actually down 3lbs since Tuesday morning. Unfortunately that was weight I already lost and gained back so I'm kind of even still but at least it seems to be working.
Good luck today everyone!

When I look in the book it says tomato sauce listed on the purple page ( as a fruit).

Re: Official 21 Day Fix Thread
Looks like you're doing awesome, cj7305!! My husband and I were out of commission all weekend into yesterday with a stomach flu! I'm feeling a little better today but I can only handle a little bit of food at a time. Hoping to get back on track tomorrow!!

Official 21 Day Fix Thread
I started the 21 day fix officially on Monday -- I was eating well last week but we had a few parties over the weekend so I wasnt on my best behavior. Anyway, my boss just asked if I was losing weight bc my face looks great....I may have lost maybe a pound or 2 but I do notice a diff in my complexion from the clean eating!! Im super psyched on what my results would be....Good luck to you ladies!

Re: Official 21 Day Fix Thread
Good luck tagkit! I have had a super busy week and forgot to post but I've been sticking to the plan! I did allow myself a light and sweet coffee and enjoyed the hell out of it lol. Day 9 and down 5 lbs. I had been on a plateau and this is starting to show me numbers on the scale I haven't seen in years!

My best advice is exactly what you're doing- PLANNING! It really is key. It's when I get hungry and don't have something prepared that I would end up eating too much or making quick bad choices. Also always have a good amount of fresh fruit, veggies and protein choices at home. I also usually keep some nuts (usually raw cashews) or a piece of fresh fruit in my bag incase I am out and get hungry. Do the workouts!!! I wake up and do them every morning before work and I don't have to think about it anymore. I NEVER in a million years thought I could do that. Finally- drink tons of water! Good luck! BTW down another pound (6 lbs. in 10 days!)

Re: Official 21 Day Fix Thread
I'm joining in too! I bought the plan and just washed all the containers to start tomorrow. I need to figure out exactly what I'm allowed each day and plan accordingly.
Any tips for Shakeology? I tried the chocolate and did not like it at all. I used ice, water, and a banana. I couldn't drink it.
