What is the best hotel to stay at for a bachelorette party in AC? There will be 6 girls staying so I am looking for a room big enough to all stay in. We would also prefer it to be on the boardwalk/beach access. Thanks!

Re: Atlantic City Hotels

I've never been, but I've heard great things about Revel - it's the newest hotel. I'm actually planning my cousin's bachelorette party there this August.

I've stayed at The Tropicana a few times with DH and it's really nice.

Re: Atlantic City Hotels

I absolutely love girls trips to the Borgata. Tie one downside is that it's not on the beach.

Revel is nice. Clean, new and nonsmoking. It's on the boardwalk. Good restaurants in the hotel and they have a huge spa with hot tubs, etc.

I've stayed at the Borgota and Harrahs for parties. Harrahs has the pool which turns into a club at night-we had a great time there!

Thanks! She isn't into clubs very much. Hopefully there are some good bars with dancing that we can go to. Anyone ever hear of the skyline towers? It is really cheap and on the boardwalk. Wondering what is wrong with it being that it is so inexpensive.

I've gone to Bachelorette parties at The Tropicana. I like the Blue Mercury Spa there, good shopping, nice selection of restaurants and bars, good nightlife. It's fun, and everything is right there (including the boardwalk). It is more akin to a Vegas style hotel than some if the others in AC, IMO.

Revel, Borgota or Harrahs. I like playing at Tropicana but personally can't stand the rooms there.

Revel, Tropicana or Caesars. Caesars has the best location imo. It's attached to the pier mall, which has high end stores and great restaurants.

I stayed at Skyline Towers in February through my timeshare. The units are really nice and spacious. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both bedrooms had king sized beds and the couch pulled out. There were two bathrooms and a nicely equipped kitchen. It's about a two block walk off the boardwalk, but the street is a little sketchy. There's a crappy motel right next door, then Resorts Casino, then the boardwalk. The hotel elevators are super slow and there's no restaurant or bar inside. But if you guys are planning on going out a lot I think it could work fine. I was there with my sister and our kids and we would definitely go back. But with that said, I don't think it's a place I would personally choose for a girls trip. I prefer to be right in the action, have restaurants, nightlife and a casino right in the hotel.

I had my bachelorette party at the Tropicana in March and it was awesome! My MOH set it up so that we had joining rooms and it was perfect because all of us (12 girls) were in and out of both and it just felt like one big room. We went to Carmine's for dinner and then to Providence which is the club in the Tropicana and it was SO much fun!!

DH and I have stayed at Trump Taj Mahal a few times and loved it, but it is a little outdated. I personally don't care for the Borgata - I think it's overpriced and far away from everything. The only good part is the restaurants, which we've taken a cab to from other resorts.

DH stayed at Revel for his bachelor party and had a blast - he's gone a few times for boys trips and says it is his favorite. He also enjoyed the pool party at Harrah's.

I love Harrahs because of the pool, red door spa, their slot machines have little computers where u can order free drinks without waiting for a cocktail waitress and they have roulette with a dealer but each player has their own screen so it's digital (I'm too shy to play table games )

As far as food, chef Jose garces is at Amada (tapas) and its fantastic. Amada is in Revel and its about a $10 cab ride from Harrahs. I also prefer the crowd at revel. its not ghetto at night like harrahs. But you can't get away from tackiness no matter where u go in AC lol.
Harrahs is AWESOME if you enjoy watching train wrecks at night.

The pool at revel is nice (outdoor) but if its raining then you're Shiit outta luck. At least at harrahs it's enclosed in a dome with palm trees so you're guaranteed to have a fun pool day.

You can also call harrahs ASAP and tell them u never received any emails/mail for offers and maybe they will send u something when it's time to book! I get free rooms sun-Friday and discounted Saturdays. I'm sure most ppl do, too since I only gamble 100$ max during my weekend stay.

Borgata is overpriced and quite boring

I went to Harrah's for a friend's bachelorette party & it was nice. I've heard great things about Revel too.

I wouldn't recommend the Borgata. I got engaged there (DH & I went on a groupon) and my DH had all this stuff he paid extra for that they "forgot" to do. And then they claimed there was water damage in the room from our champagne bottle (uh???). Needless to say, by the time they charged my DH for the "damage", the room came out to the regular price + some, and the groupon didn't even matter anymore.
