concrete work
Has anyone had concrete work done? What have you paid? I am wondering if it is substantially cheaper than pavers..
We probably need 20X10 space.

I haven't had it done, but I know my father's done it himself, and it's something DH would do on his own as well. Pouring concrete really isn't difficult, it's just a matter of pouring it and leveling it before it dries (if I recall correctly from what my DH and father have said).

Unfortunately, we are DIY inept. After a few painful lessons, all things home related are now outsourced lololol.

Oh no!!! You poor things! I would see if you could contact a handyman, it's not a HUGE job, I really don't think you need a "concrete" guy or a contractor, I would think a handyman could handle it. In that case, I don't think it would be that expensive.
