That link there shows that it states:
MEETS NATIONAL EMS EDUCATION STANDARDS
...on the cover.
Then, the date of publication is 2010.
So, I would THINK that is the book.
ETA: and FYI, it is DANIEL Limmer, not DAVID Limmer.
