Question about WW POINTS
ok... so this weekend I DID not have a good weekend and I definitely used up the remainder of my weekly points. Do you think if I try and have some extra lower calorie items tomorrow and have 2pts left over it will make up for the extra 2 I went over? I am going to try and get a work out in tomorrow to earn points as well. Ugh can't believe I went over but couldn't pass up dinner with our friends and of coarse it was mexican!

Don't eat less than your daily points target. You should always set your allotted points.
Going two points over your weekly 35 is no big deal. Don't feel bad! Occasional indulgences make WW, or any weight loss/maintenance program, sustainable in the long run!

I would not eat any differently today than you normally would. If you try to eat less it may only make things harder for you. After I used to have bad weekends I would just stick to my points and stay disciplined for the rest of the week and by the following Friday I usually had a decent loss.
