T-25 Update
I finished week 2 of Beta. I don't weigh and measure every week because I don't fluctuate weekly. But decided to check today.
From 2 weeks ago I am down:
1 Pound Chest - 1/2" Waist went up +1" (AF coming so I'm not counting this lol) Arm - 1/4" Thigh - 1/2" Hips -1"
Beta is TOUGH! 2 workout Fridays are killers. But I am loving using weights. I feel so much stringer already.
Slow and steady....

Thats awesome. I was going to send you FM today to see how it was going. I am about to do my double W4D5 Alpha. I can't believe how much stronger I am in 4 weeks. Remember I posted after day 1 how soar I was? Such a huge difference. I can now pretty much nail 3/5 workouts and stretch . I am getting a little bored or tired of TBC . Looking forward to starting Beta. I have only been tracking inches not weight last week or this bc I had a gain week 2 and didnt want that to discourage me. I will weigh next week when Alpha is history. Thanks for the update!! Off to do Abs and Speed 1.0.

keep up the good work! Yea, Alpha started getting real boring. We did it 2x because we just didn't get it the first time around (Guess we were more out of shape then we thought) But I am loving Beta. It's hard. That speed 2.0 is nuts! But like I said, I love adding the weights.
I hardly weigh in. I was doing every 3-4 weeks. BC AF really throws me off. I bloat 2 weeks before I'm even due. But today, I felt thinner and I just had to see what the scale and tape measure said. There are some days im discouraged bc people on stricter diets are losing faster But I have done that before. What I'm doing now, I can actually stick to. For good. So it's taking longer then I hoped, I'll hopefully keep the weight off this time.
KEEP GOING!!! You're gonna love Beta

Alpha done!!! So glad, I was starting to get tired of it, needed a change and that last week was a b!tch with TBC every other day. So results, I feel great, so much stronger, only lost 5lbs but 4 inches from my waist, 1.5 from each thigh, 1.5 from chest and hips. I stongly advise to anyone doing this to TAKE MEASUREMENTS to track progress. If I was looking at weight loss only I would have most definitely been discouraged.
Started BETA this morning. Loved it. Sweat and could keep up which was awesome! We'll see how the rest of the week goes. What are you using for weights? I have the resistance band, should I pick up some dumb bells? 5, 8 lbs?

Yay!!!!!!!! Yea going by the scale is discouraging. It's all about measurements. Muscle weighs more then fat so the weight isn't the big concern. It's size.
I'm so glad you stuck with it!!
I use 5 lb weights I bought at five n below. I don't like using the bands.

I didn't loose much weight but did loose inches and build up muscles. I also use 10 lb weights.
