I signed up with Zapmytax a week or two ago.....you can complete it online it only takes a few minutes.

I think they are based in Lido Beach.

We applied online with Mark Lewis but then we got a postcard in the mail saying they suggest not grieving because our house is currently being assessed at an appropriate amount. Boooo!

this happened to me a couple times, but worth it to try every year, you never know!

Same here!! :( It was like $60K less than we appraised for at closing. Not sure if values went down. but certainly not $60K. I'm scared they will reassess and my taxes will go up $5000 now!!
