Hi Moms...CFA has an exciting opportunity for you to experience one of our wonderful parent/child classes on Saturday, June 7th. We are having a summer "Meet and Greet", AND a grand re-opening of one of our newly renovated classrooms.
During this time, we are providing FREE demo classes for the following programs:
9:30-10:00- Core Cardio for Women(babies in car seats welcome)
10:15-10:45 My Baby and Me (ages 3-6 months)
11:00-11:30 Fun For Wee Ones (ages 6-12 months)
11:45-12:15 Stay and Play (ages 1-2 years old)
12:30-1:00 Separation With Ease (ages 2 years and up)
12:30-1:00 New Mothers Group (moms with infants birth-4 months)
