Rave for Christine Braun!

We listed our house for sale in September 2013 with Christine and had a great experience with her. I had always been impressed with how thorough her answers were on this board so when it came time to look for a broker, I immediately thought of her.

When she came to our house to talk about comparables and her services, she was again very thorough. My DH and I decided to use her without hesitation.

Throughout the process Christine was always in contact with us and quickly and efficiently addressed any issues that arose. She responded to texts and calls promptly and was always on time and professional when we met for any reason or she showed our home.

Our situation was a little complex because we were relocating OOS and we were already building a new home. Although the home was being constructed according to our personal specifications, the purchase was contingent on the sale of our home on LI and Christine was great about keeping in touch with our builder and giving him updates and comp info.

As we were heading towards the close we had a few bumps due to an incompetent buyers' attorney and Christine was great about calming me down when I was ready to lose it. An OOS purchase, sale and relocation is tough!

Anyway, I recommend Christine without hesitation! Her attention to detail and her knowledge really made us feel that we were working with someone experienced and competent.
