help me

I am super busy this week. I am looking for a one pot kinda meal (things that don't make a lot of dishes, create a huge mess). One or two pans is all I have time to dirty. Can't involve a crock pot, I don't own one. But a regular pot or skillet or casserole dish is fine as long as it's everything cooking together or mostly together. Also if it freezes well, that would be an added bonus. I also don't have time to fit in leftover meals, so I need to freeze extras.

You can buy a crust and do homemade pizza.

Meatloaf is easy to put together. I always use paula dean's recipe. Make two and freeze one.

Chicken chili freezes well. If I'm in a pinch I buy a rotisserie chicken premade and pull he meat off. Or we eat the breasts for dinner and I shred the rest to make chili the next night.

Pulled pork is super easy and freezes well. You can do it in the oven on a low temp.

Taco meat or pasta sauce with meat are one pot meals and I often make and freeze extra.

Burgers are easy. You can do beef, turkey, sausage, etc.

Eggs with cheese and veggies mixed in and toast with some fresh fruit.

Re: help me

For one pot - my favorite is a big pot of beef chili. Super easy.
