Good contractor to recommend?

We are in desperate need of someone to come to our house and help us find the source of a leak in our living room ceiling.

I have had several roofers come out over the past few years and they've done some checking and patching here and there to try and guess where the leaks are coming from but inevitably the water finds its way back in and we have a huge water stain on our ceiling. It doesn't leak every time it rains, but when we have hard windy rain, our ceiling drips badly.

I need someone who knows roofs/siding and general house contracting stuff. I'm literally ready to have the roof/walls ripped open!

The person last recommended to me never showed up to our appointment!
