Need real estate help
I live in NYC but want to start searching for a place to move to on LI. I want to stay in Nassau if possible. I want some suggestions of more affordable towns that also have great public school systems. Preferably a single family house, but I am also fine with a coop or condo! So please tell me some suggestions on where I should start my search!
(And by affordable, I mean that I don't have 500+K to spend on a puny three bedroom).

Re: Need real estate help
Why don't you contact either Christine or Beth who are LIF realtors? Honesty, they appear very knowledgeable and will probably be the most realistic about the market.
As for good schools, that too depends what you are looking for...

Re: Need real estate help
We live in a co-op in Rockville Centre and as much as we love the area, it is very expensive! When we decide to buy a house, we will probably look in Oceanside & East Rockaway, which both have good school districts.
Some other great towns:
Wantagh Bellmore Floral Park New Hyde Park Garden City South
