Cupcake Rave
If you like Rainbow Cookies...Manhattan Sweets Bakery in Islip makes a Rainbow Cookie CUPCAKE that is really delicious.
Not cheap...I think it costs about $3 a cupcake and they're not huge. But so worth it.

Oh my!! that sounds yummy. Crumbs also makes a rainbow cookie cupcake. It's pretty good but not my favorite.
