YAY! I'm a little overwhelmed. Going to take a lot of planning and prep. I'm sure it will get easier as I do it. Excited for the first workout tomorrow.
Yes, I agree. I'm sure once you get the hang of it the eating will fall into place.
I'm excited for the workout but I know I'm going to diiiiiiiiiie. 
Workouts aren't that bad, just start with light weights, the first week I didn't use any weights cause I didn't have any I still got some results. Then when I added the weights it wasn't so bad because I knew what to expect. And it's nice cause she gives of that 15-20 sec rest in between sets

It's been SO long since I worked out, I'm hoping I can keep up. I feel like such a slug lately.

Did my first workout. Started with "Bottom Fix" since it's Wednesday, figured I'd follow their calendar.
I did ok but I'm tired and I feel totally out of shape. Hopefully it gets better each day.
The food doesn't seem a lot, I'm bordering on hungry all day so far but I'm hanging in there.

I started with the first one, Total Body Cardio Fix. I kind of loved it! I woke up at 6:30 to do it which is unheard of for me! It def felt like a good workout and my legs are starting to feel sore. I agree with the OP, the 20 second breaks help and switching up the exercises was good. I'm excited!! I did good with the food- def would love to eat more but it was doable. I need to get to the store for good produce and more protein choices. I have 1 yellow and an orange left for today.

OMG it hurts to sit or walk down stairs so bad! The arm one was good today but I'm sure those will hurt tomorrow! Liking the workouts though! Good hurt lol. I'm going to start a new 21 day fix thread maybe help with food ideas, I can get bored quickly!

for those who have done this, what was the price you paid? I am being told $160 for the shakeology and 21 day fix program by a beach body coach.. is this legit?

You do not have to do the shakeology.
I paid $79 total including shipping, a one week free trial of shakeology and the extra barre legs and flat abs fix dvd's.
I ordered it from the beachbody website.

You can get this deal with a coach too some just really push the shakes.

This sounds interesting, I think I'm going to recommend this to DH. He lost 20lbs but has plateaued. This might be great for him. :)
