Failed IUI, 2 miscarriages and now failed FET (donor blast)
I just received news that my fet failed. We adopted 2 frozen blasts and thought for sure this was the answer. I am 35yrs old and my egg reserve is .5. That is quite low for my age. So that's y we tried the donor embryos. I have never been tested for endometriosis which I know can effect implantation. I have always had very painful period including vomiting etc. I was diagnosed with dysmenorrhea at age 14. I saw that dysmenorrhea Is a symptom of endometriosis. Thoughts? I'm thinking of having them test me. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

An AMH of 0.5 is low but that does not indicate that there is anything wrong with your eggs you just have fewer chances to conceive then the average 35 year old. I would have your RE do testing to determine what is going on. I had an AMH of 0.24 and conceived naturally shortly before my 37th birthday. I did not have any other fertility issues just premature ovarian failure. I was advised to TTC as soon as possible. My RE is wonderful- She is in Hartsdale if you want her info let me know.

Thank u all so much for ur replies! I truly appreciate ur time! I have an appt next week with the RE to discuss. MrsG823- they told me that my due to my low AMH they would assume that the eggs have abnormalities. But knowing your circumstances and you had a a healthy baby is very encouraging to me. Thank u so much!

My RE told me the complete opposite- she explicitly stated that low AMH does not mean you have abnormal eggs just fewer eggs.

I wonder if its because my miscarriage last year was the result of a trisomy 22

My amh was .26 when I conceived via IVF with my own eggs. I'm shocked that your RE hasn't examined the reason for your losses. I'd seek out a second opinion.

Failed IUI, 2 miscarriages and now failed FET (donor blast)
I have an appt monday with a new dr who had diagnosed a friend of mine with endometriosis immediately. dysmenorrhea is one of the major symptoms and i had been diagnosed with this when i was 14 yrs old. I dont hope i have it but if its something that can be corrected i would at least feel better.

I hope the new RE can help you figure out your diagnosis and then work on a plan that is good for you.
