Anyone know about Mommy and Me crossfit? Or any other workout classes you can bring your toddler to?
A friend out of state mentioned she started doing mommy and me crossfit...basically where you bring your baby and set them up in the corner of the gym to play in a playgroup. Anyone know any around Suffolk that do this?
Or any other classes I could go to and bring my 4 month old to? Really would like to start losing these extra pounds! Thanks!

There are plenty of gyms that offer babysitting
