What do you do when
The #'s on the scale are not moving? I workout 4 days minimum..however the past month has been 5 (this week will make 6!!!). I eat super healthy..low carb and low sugar. I eat a lot of proteins, salads, and veggies.
Do you have any tips on how to get the numbers on the scale to go down?

For me, I say being older is the culprit!!! When I had my first dc I was 27 yrs old gained 55lbs and lost is all within six mths!! I am 21mths pp with my 2nd dc and 34 yrs old and I still have 15lbs to lose!!! Argghhhh!!!

you might not be eating enough if you are working out 6 days a week.
I would add some extra protein in

I feel like age plays a factor. I'm a few lbs up from where I'd like to be, so I'm doing everything I used to do to lose weight (which is basically just a very clean diet and working out more consistently) and nada. The scale is not budging. At least I didn't GAIN any weight this month, that's a positive.

Re: What do you do when
I would say have 1 binge day. Honestly. I used to be super strict with my eating 5-6 days a week and workout, intensely, 4-5 days days a week. Then on one of the weekend days, I wouldn't work out and I would eat no restrictions, unhealthy foods included. On weeks where I skipped that day, I didn't lose. On weeks where I had 1-2 bad days, I lost. I read/heard on jillian michaels podcast that it's about tricking your body. If you are so consistent your body gets too used to it. So you need to mix up your workout routines (speed, intensity, order of the things you do, whatever it is- change it up) and also eat more calories some days than others. When you confuse your body like that, it works harder (or something) dont know the specifics but you def. lose more. I know that from experience!!

Re: What do you do when
This happened to me on WW a few years back. You need to eat more/have a binge day. Your body has stabilized st its resting metabolic rate and wont burn if you keep intaking the same or fewer calories as it burns what it is taking in, in order to "shock" your metabolism into burning fat, you need to intake more calories for your system to start burning again.
