For anyone experiencing itchy bellies...especially those with PUPPPS.
I think I may have found a solution. Well...my situation may be a little more serious than just an itchy belly. I may have PUPPPS. All of my symptoms seem to indicate that this is PUPPPS...my rash started around my belly button and has spread across my belly...to my chest and now it's on my forearms.
I had to go for blood work this morning to see if I have cholestatis of pregnancy...but, I don't believe I do.
Anyway...try using PINE TAR SOAP. I have been using Packer's Pine Tar soap for the past few days and my belly is so much less itchy and I can tell the rash is smoothing out.
I've read up on the internet that some women use this soap and it has been a tremendous help for them.
There are two brands of pine tar soap...one is Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap and the other is Packer's Pine Tar soap. You won't be able to find this at CVS or stores like that...try your local pharmacy or drug store and if they don't have it, ask them to order it for you.
This soap may be found in some health stores, like GNC.
Good Luck and let's hope the itchies go away soon!!!
