What is your WOW! appetizer!?!
Going to a party this weekend and it is a bring your own food for pickin's type party!!
I know a bunch of people are doing the typical pop in the oven from the box at Costco type stuff - which I love but I can't do that as well!
Want to bring something else
(Spinach dip and homemade avacado dips are also already taken!)

Now I spend all night on Pinterest for ideas!

Trashy taters You can call them something else if your friends wouldn't appreciate the name! These tend to be fought over among my friends. Tater tots stuffed with cheese and hot sauce and wrapped in bacon.
Tomato crostini with whipped feta I haven't made these yet but they look delicious if you want something a little classier.

This won 1st place at our friend's 'appetizer cook-off party' lol Cheeseburger Ring - I don't put the pickles in the recipe, but I add chopped onions. I put a bowl of pickles in the middle of the ring when I serve it.

What is your WOW! appetizer!?!
I do buffalo chicken dip - it calls for canned chicken, but I always use fresh chicken breast OR (if I have it) fresh roasted chicken.
1 (8 oz.)pkg. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/2 cup Bleu cheese or ranch dressing (I usually do 1 think of both)
2 cups Shredded cooked chicken.
1/2 cup Crumbled bleu cheese or your favorite shredded cheese (I usually do mexican cheese mix)
Basically just heat up the chicken, add the Buffalo sauce, cook, add the cream cheese - let mix in fully, then add in the dressing, again mix in fully, and lastly add the cheese ... it's ridiculously easy.

Pulled Pork Sliders with Blue Cheese Slaw
Empanadas
Any type of flat bread (I use Pillsbury dough and like to do pears, gorgonzola, walnuts, prosciutto and arugula with balsamic glaze)
Crab and Cream Cheese Dip with Dill- Serve with Ritz and Cocktail Sauce

It's not a wow appetizer, but it's the most requested!
Chili Cheese Dip
1 container of light/low fat cream cheese
1 can of 99% Fat Free Vegetarian bean chill (Hormel)
1 cup of low fat sharp cheddar cheese
In a Pyrex container, spread the cream cheese until evenly coated. Add 1 can of chili. Top with cheese.
Microwave for 2 minutes, or pop in the oven for 15 minutes (or until the cheese is melted)
I serve it with multigrain scoops, or cut up everything bagels.
