Pool codes
Is anyone very familiar with pool codes in town of brookhaven?

Pool codes
I put in an unground two years ago in brookhaven. The Brookhaven website has a link to the code. Anything in particular you'd like to know ?

Current code states that an in ground pool needs a fence surrounding it and if a wall from a structure makes up part of the fence it must have an alarm on any doors. Gates have to be self closing. I want to know if people who had pools before these codes took effect have to also have these things.

I don't think so as long as you had a co for the pool.
If you don't, you have to bring it to current code.
