The longest ones I have seen are the Target Long and Lean.
But definitely not long enough to wear as a dress unless you are VERY short or like having your goods hanging out!

I ordered old navy tanks in TALL & they are nice and long. I am 5'4" and they are longer than my tush.

H&M -- they are super long (not quite dress long) but if you are short they could be. They also have actual dresses that are made from the same material just longer with a thicker strap.They are wife beater shape but not ribbed.
The tanks are $5 and the dresses are $8 or $12.
