Holy FSH!!!
24.5. Highest I've ever had. Not good. Look what happens when I take a break from Andy for a month! Back I go...
Is there anything besides acupuncture to lower FSL level.
Mine was 10 last time. 19 before that. 8 before that...

I've been taking maca root supplements and royal jelly in honey to try to help with fsh and amh. I have no idea if it's working, though.
Are you planning to go ahead with this cycle, or will you go back to acupuncture first?

Holy FSH!!!
I'm not doing a cycle this month. Did immune testing yesterday. Two weeks to get results back. I doesn't make sense to do a cycle while were waiting plus fsh is way too high. In meantime back to Andy to lower this fsh. Were doing frozen transfer in August with five frozen that we have.

I know you have mentioned that you go to RMA. Did they do the immune testing? I have a consult with them if my FET cycle fails. I was just curious. We are paying OOP and want to cover all our bases before we go through with another fresh cycle.

They usually don't but I begged my dr to some kind of immune testing and he agreed. I won't start a new cycle until those tests come back. It doesn't hurt to ask.

It did go down from 19 to 10 last time. But I'm not sure if that really helps. 24.5 is high. Highest I've ever had. I'm hoping it's just an off month.

I would ask what your AFC (antrol follicle count is) if its on lower side.....not in good spot

Never got that number but I don't need that number. I know the reality of my situation but it's not stopping me from trying despite odds against me.

I agree with HD, don't look for extra numbers. every month your FSH can be different, next time it will be lower

Thanks ladies. I know I don't produce many eggs hence asking for antral follicle count would be pointless.
know Amh and fsh are numbers that they go by and are important . Amh is very low and fsh is really high but I know acupuncture got that down for me before. As droid from nemo would say, just keep,swimming... :)

Stay positive.. My FSH was around 25 and AMH .4. I was able to get prego with my own eggs through IVF. I have no advice except check with your doctor before taking anything.
