Recommend your diaper bag....Update... . now help me choose!
UPDATE:
thank you all for your suggestions and help. I have narrowed it down to the ju jube BFF or the ju ju be Be Prepared. Any thoughts on one over the other???? The Be prepared seems bigger, so maybe that's what I should take since I have twins, but I don't want it to be monstrous either.

I am in desperate need for a bag that works for me. With DD and DS I had one of the Vera Bradley bags. it was nice, i loved the pattern, but the fact that I couldn't see what was in the pockets drove me nuts. It was taking me forever to find things.
Now, I have TWINS plus DS (who is 3 and still not potty trained, so I am carrying around things for him) and DD (who is 5, so I occassionally am carrying around things for her, too).
So essentially, I am looking for a bag that will hold diapers, change of clothes, etc. for 3 kids plus a section where perhaps I can leave things like my phone, camera, etc. in an EASY accessible place so I am not dumping out the bag to find stuff. Essentially, I need this to be my bag AND their bag.
I would love if it included a changing pad, see through pockets (at least a few), a separate section for me which doesn't have to be big) and something DH won't cringe at if he needs to carry it. lol
Any suggestions? I am willing to spend a bit because I am sick of being so unorganized and losing everything. I have seriously lost my mind with 4 kids and I always lost things pre-kids so now it's only worse!

JJ Cole! They are the best diaper bags (imo) holds so many items in a neat and organized way. I have a different pattern, but this style..

I love my Kate spade diaper bag. Comes with changing pad in think it has a lot of space Can get great deals at the outlet

I have the JuJuBe Be Right Back.
It fits a lot (I only have 1 baby now but we usually bring some snacks for my 5 YO with us and occasionally his PJ's and toothbrish if we are going to be somewhere late.)
It's got a front pocket I put my phone and CC wallet in if I don't want to bring my purse. And the inside is a bright color so finding things is easier.
I like it. Had a JuJuBe messenger type bag with my first but I wanted something I could put on my back if I had to carry the baby.
It's very Dad friendly too - we have the black with the teal trim.

I have the kate spade and love it, but it would be too small for you. The marc jacobs is huge!! My sister in law has it and loves it!

I hated the skip hop duo. I felt it was way too small, but I like to carry everything lol.
I got the skip hop grand central and I'm thrilled with it. I can take everything and it's all organized!

It's not the prettiest one out there but I used this for my triplets. Lots of pockets and all the external pockets are insulated which I liked since I stash bottles everywhere when on the go. When all of my mommy friends were trotting around with their pretty Vera Bradley bags, i was hauling this masculine khaki green bad boy around ;)
