supplements to increase energy?
I feel totally worn out lately. I'm wondering if anyone takes any supplements that increase their energy?
I don't even take a multi-vitamin so any advice would be appreciated!

The vitamins I take are amazing. They provide 10 times more absorbability than regular ones. I get them from an online wellness company. Since ive started taking them my energy (especially in the evenings) is so much better. Let me know if u want info on ordering them :)

I don't take a supplement but I swear by the NutriBullet. I always felt fatigued (even with taking vitamins) and like I could just never get enough sleep and since I started having a daily shake with it I've felt a drastic difference. The recipes come with the item when you purchase it and I think it's called the Energy Booster. It doesn't taste great but it really works for me.

Fruits & Veggies. whatever I happen to have around. ex: baby spinach, berries (any kind) ground flax seed, carrots, avocado. For a pina colada type I do coconut milk, banana, pinapple chunks & juice (no sugar added) flax, coconut flakes with ice. You can mix flavors together and use any veggie..some like kale (not a fan) you can even put nuts in there!
