Am I crazy to like PIO better than Endometrin?

Just had my transfer today and supposed to start Endometrin tomorrow -- 1 tablet, 3 times daily -- ughhhh messy, leaky goo. I asked Dr. Brenner if instead of the suppositories I could just continue with the once a day PIO shot. He said it was totally fine, but the nurse in the room looked at me like I was crazy to actually want a shot, when there was another option. Am I a sadist or something?!?! I don't think they hurt that much and I'd rather do something once a day than three times!

Am I crazy to like PIO better than Endometrin?

I prefer pio over crinone. So you are not alone.

Its whatever you prefer. I personally liked crinone over endometrin bc on Endometrin I feel like a leaky faucet.

PIO was rough for me. I was on it for 2 1/2 months. After being on it so long my a$$ was a hot mess. HA.

In the beginning I would have said the same bc the injection itself didn't hurt

And I hates the messiness of the supps( I was on 3x a day as well)

But I was in PIO till I was 12 weeks and by week 7 or 8 my ass was sore. By 12 it was sore to sit and I was about to give birth when it finally went away

So now I say supps lol

I chose PIO over suppositories. They were able to monitor my bloodwork better and I came off the shots at 4 weeks gestation pretty much (the day of my positive beta!)

A couple of seconds of some pain is worth the all-day messy goo of the Suppositories.

I also feel like PIO supplied the Progesterone much better.
