Gym?
Anyone else completely not motivated to go? I know I should but I just don't want to deal with going there, changing, or doing any of it...and seeing strangers looking at me (even if they're not, I'll think they are-lol). I just have no motivation. I gear myself up in the morning and then by the time works ends, I have no interest. Trying to get a few walks in a week but that's it right now. I feel like such a slacker!

Gym?
I was too nervous to go to the gym after my losses (my first loss occurred the night I hit the gym, so I was a little traumatized). I make sure that I get my walks in, and I am active at work & at home. I cannot wait until I am cleared for exercise after baby boy is born!

I been walking at night for about 20 minutes. I try for at least 5 days a week. I feel like I'm so lazy and have no motivation. I worked out a lot pre-pregnancy so this isn't like me. I will start prenatal yoga soon.

Re: Gym?
Same here. I usually don't mind going. I'm trying to find out if they have prenatal yoga at the YMCA by me. I think something like that might work better for right now.

I haven't worked out since I got my bfp. I use to run and do light lifting 4 times a week. At first I was nervous, then exhausted or nauseous. I'm starting to feel better and want to get back at it. I'm thinking of pre natal yoga, swimming, and light weight training for now. I def want to modify to a level I'm comfortable with. I have my first appointment Friday and going to ask my doctor his thoughts.

Also, don't worry about how you look! Honestly whenever I see pregnant women at the gym if I stare it's because I'm impressed!!!!

Don't worry about what other people think. I worked out until the day before I gave birth. When I went back PP, people all asked about the baby.
