Re: Crafts????

We started with coloring (not sure that's really a craft).

Then we did those foam stickers. I'd peel the backing and they'd stick them on paper or whatever. And regular stickers too.

I'd cut stuff out and they'd glue it to paper along with sequins, feathers, etc.

The only things I don't really do at home are painting and glitter. Oh and playdoh. They do enough of that at school and I feel like it's so messy.

Re: Crafts????

I have started with coloring the images with crayons. I make my DS engage in coloring cartoon characters. This is one of the good activities for LO. Just he like to do this activity. I download the images from online here i download the images.

Crafts????

LOL!
Um since forever?
Let's see 3 & 4 yrs old she had weekly letter crafts we'd do.
I think at 2 we just did our own thing. I'd give her a set number of stickers or things (up to a small number like 3 or 5 then finally 10) and let her decorate a page then ask her to count to me the number of whatever object. Find me something yellow, how many yellow etc.

She's been coloring since she could sit up.

ETA: Oh at 2 she had a water craft/paint thing. Japanese inspired paintbrush with a white paper held in a black cardboard frame, as you 'painted' it shows up dark black but it dries clear. She loved it. Aquadoodle was a big hit at 2 as well.

My son is extremely active, so getting him to sit for more than 5 minutes has always been challenging. 2 and a half was when he really seemed to start enjoying them. He loves coloring, play doh, foam stickers, and painting.
