Interviewer vent
Is it common for interviewers to "forget" about phone interviews they scheduled? This is the second company this has happened with. It's frustrating but I think it's rude as well.

I've heard of it happening.
Do you have their contact info to reach out?
Not that it's an excuse, but sometimes people can get super busy with some crisis situation and stuff needs to be shifted around.
When you're the boss, even more so.
I've seen it happen in my line of work.

Yes, it's happened to me. It's frustrating. I can appreciate that the interviewer is busy and other things do come up, but the interviewee committed to a certain time and I think that person deserves some consideration as well.
