Whole 30 / Paleo / Primal ladies...

So, I did whole 30 many moons ago and I saw results. I want to give it another go. I'm now mentally preparing lol... Please help prepare me for what's to come!

Any ideas/tips for a smooth transition? (I'm the type that tends to give in when things get to be too much and throw in the towel.)

What's your prep work like to make life easier? (Do you prep/cook up everything one day a week so you can just grab and go as the week progresses? - if so, how do you keep it fresh?, or do you cook as you go?, etc.) I like to keep things simple and low maintenance, or I give up and order pizza lol.

Any good forums or websites you frequent for support and asking questions?

Thanks so much!

Whole 30 / Paleo / Primal ladies...

I have been Paleo since Feb. I prep three days of breakfast and lunch on Sunday and then two days on Wednesday night. Sat & Sun I take my time and make more involved meals. I try to make sure I have Paleo ok snacks on hand at all times, it keeps me from falling off the wagon. I follow PaleOMG, Against All Grain, Nom Nom Paleo, The Paleo Mom and Stupid Easy Paleo's blogs/websites and have gotten so many amazing recipes. Also, if you watch on Amazon the cookbooks Well Fed & Well Fed 2 occaisionally will go on sale for $2.99 for the kindle versions. I have found the when I prepare and plan ahead of time I do great.
