Biweekly Mortgage
We have our mortgage with M & T bank and I want to switch to a biweekly. Anyone know if you can do that and if there is a charge for changing ?
TIA

Re: Biweekly Mortgage
I have QUICKEN loans and did this last year. They didn't charge us to change to the biweekly. The only thing was I had to pay a regular month and then start the biweekly payments so it was like 2 mortgage payments in one month. Other then that I love it!

Biweekly Mortgage
Whatever you do make sure it's a true biweekly payment and not that they just hold all your money Till the end of the month. Wells Fargo does that and you don't end up cutting down on the interest. Sneaky...
