Since I haven't been drinking much caffeine, a can of soda tends to help ease the pain. If that doesn't work, my doctor told me Tylenol is safe as well. Feel better!

Safe meds for headaches?
Tylenol, but what I typically do is take an ice pack and just lay it across my forehead and eyes. That usually gets rid of my headaches. Otherwise, Tylenol is my last resort.

Tylenol, also my dr recommended a small amour if caffiene with as little sugar as possible.

Tylenol, ice, caffeine or peppermint oil on the temples worked great for me.
