what the heck did i do wrong
Ok i hardly ever bake, so anything is possible lol. But today i made blueberry muffins and the bottom of the muffins got stuck to the paper liners. Did i over bake them? The tops came out pretty yummy lol

Was it a low-fat recipe? I make a lot of low fat muffin recipes and you usually have to spray the muffin liners with cooking/baking spray to avoid the sticking to the liner problem.

Maybe the oven rack was down to low and the bottom got to hot. It happens sometimes with my cookies if I forget to raise the rack

Sounds like this. I don't spray my liners but if the rack is too low this will happen.
