Thank you to everyone for your kind words. Your replies made me cry. There's not a day that goes by that I don't thank God for blessing my family that horrible day. I pray for everyone who's story didn't end like mine.

I read this every year. And every year im on the edge of my seat hoping her dh is okay. I lose it everytime i read this post. Praise God everyone was alive and well.

I read this every year and every year it brings tears to my eyes...thank you for sharing once again. 9/11 was DH's calling to become a firefighter...God Be with the people we lost that day and with the families who lost them.

I was looking for this post this morning. I read it every year. I wake up on that day every year with a heavy heart. I listen to the names being read, waiting for the relative or friend to speak about the one they lost. I cry, I pray and I wish it never happened.
