Nutrasystem or Jenny Craig ?? or anyother??
I am a new mom trying to lose the extra baby fat.
I do not have much time for cooking, or preparing my meals
I was researching both nutrasystem and Jenny Craig - looking for some personal reviews. And with Jenny Craig do I purchase 28 days in advance like nutrasystem?
I like to eat not drink shakes
is there anyother diet out there that is fast for a new mom who doesnt have time to cook?

Nutrasystem or Jenny Craig ??
I've done both.
Jenny Craig's food is definitely better tasting. I couldn't make it through a week supply of nutrasystem. Both are expensive. I did Jenny Craig for a while and though I lost weight, I couldn't afford staying on it.
This is going back 7-8 years ago though. Good luck!

Nutrasystem or Jenny Craig ??
I did Nutrisystem and LOVED it. I found the food to taste good and it was very easy to follow. I lost about 14 pounds in a month

My family has tried both, couldn't keep up with either because the food wasn't good and very high in sodium. Weight watchers was the only plan that worked - what my mom did that was very successful for her was doing ww with slimfast (she doesn't cook).

I tried Nutrisystem - it worked, but once you go back to eating normal food all bets are off - if you're looking for something that will get the weight off quickly, keep you motivated AND allow you to keep it off and eat real food I highly reccomend Isagenix.
But it's a 2 shake a day thing, you have to be OK w/ that. I know alot of people are not.

Nutrisystem doesnt need to be kept in the fridge/freezer...I ordered it on QVC I found it cheaper. You add all your fresh veggies, proteins and dairy to your daily food intake. I should prob go on it again. I didnt gain all the weight back but some.

I did Jenny Craig after two of my children. I lost 25 lbs the first time and 35 lbs the second time.
