Anyone else running Cow Harbor?
How is everyone's training going? Does anyone do the Wed night course runs with the Npt Running Club? Wondering what the slowest pace group they have is? I'd like to run part or all of the course before race day, but I'm super slow so I'm not sure if I should go to a group run or do it on my own.

signed up, haven't run outside at all... just treadmill so I think I'm doomed and will jog or speed walk most.
