Cancun Delivery Service
We are travelling with a 2 yr old and 10 month old and need to have diapers/baby food delivered. Anyone have experience with a company in the area that delivers to hotels? Thanks!

Re: Cancun Delivery Service
You can check with the hotel but personally I would pack all of it in a suitcase and bring it with me. I rather pay an extra baggage fee and know I have exactly what I need/want.
I have never shipped items like this but I have had issues shipping to that area in the past for work.

Re: Cancun Delivery Service
Isn't it illegal to ship good internationally though?

What about FedEx to the hotel? If you go to a FedEx location they should be able to help you complete the pro forma / customs forms needed to get it there in time. This way you also have a tracking system and can even insure the package.

No. Why would you think that?

I would pack diapers. You can even buy them there if you want. What kind of food are you bringing? We took my kids as infants to mexico and brought baby food. But once they ate table food they just ate stuff there.

Re: Cancun Delivery Service
I think it's actually just fruit and veggies you can't send - bc it could contain disease, I could be completely wrong lol but I'm pretty sure there are some restrictions with shipping food internationally

You can't bring fresh fruit/vegetableslive stock etc. back into the US from any country. Packaged food you can travel with. Carrying it in your suitcase is not the same as shipping either. I travel all over the world and always have packaged food in my suitcase.

Yes they can help you with the invoice but they have no control over what customs does once it arrives (with insurance or not). I have learned the hard way and have boxes that were never to been seen again because they were stuck in customs even with all the right paperwork.

There's a walmart, you can stop on your way to the hotel from the airport.
