How quick do you see results
I started with trainer twice a week, I do cardio and abs the 3rd day of the week(and most of the time a 4th day). I started about a week ago. I don't notice any weight loss. I know its only a week but when will I see a difference. I try and eat healthy 85% of the time.I have about 8 pounds to lose and major toning!!

How quick do you see results
Its more about diet than the exercise. Losing weight is 90% diet.

Yes, this is true. Also strength training will boost your metabolism.

That's my problem I eat great all day and then we have a big meal or like last night my friend cooked a group of us dinner. I'm thinking bumping up to this three times a week will get me eating better more.

How quick do you see results
A week is not enough time to see results especially if you only have a little bit to lose. Adding a fourth day of exercise will definitely help - I have always had success with exercise and slight diet changes (but I eat relatively healthy every day).
