Super excited...I'm allowed to start working out again!!!
After a year of chemo, surgeries, and radiation...I just got the all-clear from my doctor to start working out again!
So excited! Starting slow, listening to my body and building up my strength again. Yay!

I joined Blink and they're fantastic. Inexpensive, no-frills, but loads of machines and very clean...they're owned by Equinox, so they do have high standards to live up to.
Met with a trainer today who is aware of my medical history and he came up with a plan to get me started on the right track. I'm actually not in as bad a shape as I thought, given that I haven't been able to work out in a year...so that was nice to hear!
