If I were you. Would go look at the color cards, pick out a bunch that you like, maybe 6, and get samples. Paint little squares and see how it looks. One color in your friends house won't look the same in your house. The lighting is diff, etc and it's best to see it in your own house.
My dad has Monroe bisque in his house and it looks great, in our house it looked pinkish and i def didn't like it.

I agree with lighting. SO interesting that you say Monroe bisque looked pink in your house. 
My inlaws have in there bedroom. We have in living room/dining room. LOVE IT!

Definitely get samples. I had picked out a color I thought I wanted from a paint chip, but hated it when I got a sample on the wall. And I wasnt even planning on getting a sample, but decided at the last minute to do it. So glad I did.
We ended up with Hillsborough Beige.

We used Stone House.
Bar Harbor Beige is one of the most popular and we bought a sample but it looked pink in our living room. Buy samples and try it in every room before you paint.

We used BM comfort for our living room
I tried to google image it, but the right color is not coming up. It's a dark beige. Maybe they don't make it anymore
