stitchfix question re: canceling automatic fixes
help! I received my first fix and loved it so i decided to schedule automatic fixes. I received my second and it was awful they gave me items that i specifically asked to not eceive and items in colors i specifically asked to avoid. I returned it and canceled my automatic fixes. I just got an email that my fix shipped...and i was charged the $20 I sent them an email immediately saying I had canceled my fix (and when you log into my account it shows I am not signed up for automatic fixes). I am waiting for a reply has this happened to anyone? is there a way to stop the fixes or do I need to close out my account? I hope they write back and tell me to send it back and they will refund my $20 but if not should i dispute the charge? im so annoyed by this bc i got no response when i complained about my fix so my concern is their lack of customer service

Don't you always get charged the $20 fee unless you keep the entire fix?

I think she cancelled the service but there was a glitch and a fix was shipped/charged anyway after the cancellation.
