i recently had a miscarriage in april, 2 weeks ago i found out i was pregnant again. then yesterday i had some bleeding. I went straight to the dr and they saw a little heartbeat but couldn't explain the bleeding. I have no cramping and the bleeding has stopped but my next apt is not till Thursday. i will have another Sono and see if the babys heart is still beating. I am so scared right now. I dont even want to go to the bathroom. Every time i go my heart skips a beat. All i want is to have my baby and i dont want this to happen again. i am only 6 weeks along. Waiting till Thursday is killing me. I know i have to stay stress free and try to relax but this is all i can think about. I am scared form my baby and want nothing else in this world then it to be healthy. I really dont know how i will survive if I get bad news on Thursday.

Spotting/Bleeding is actually a pretty normal part of pregnancy. May I ask, did you and dh DTD in the day or two before you had the bleeding? Your cervix & vagina are so swollen and can get irritated by just about anything when you are pregnant, which can in turn cause spotting/bleeding. If you aren't having cramps, I would TRY not to worry about it, especially since you saw the heartbeat! Congratulations! Seeing the HB at 6 weeks is awesome!

NO we haven't since i found out I was pregnant again. The dr advised us not too. It was more than spotting a blood clot came out. I worry every time I got to the bathroom. I was told i have a 50/50 chance right now and to just take it easy and relax. Thursday cant come soon enuf.

The fact that you saw a HB was great. Just about anything could have caused the bleeding. Could have been a result of something going on at the spot of implantation (yes, even that long after implantation). I am surprised your doctor said 50/50, honestly. I would just try to take it easy.

Hang in there. I have bleeding before early on in a pregnancy and I know how it wrecks your emotions. I would spend hours looking up reasons for the bleeding on the Internet. I think it is great that your saw a heart beat. Good luck.
