pregnancy advice? (sorry if this is asked often)
going to start trying in early november, and wanted to know if anyone has advice on make it happen?? lol... I have very regular periods (every 28 days), and I've never had any issues that I know of... Just want to make sure I'm doing everything right, and see if anyone has some other ways to increase the chances of it happening

I think your best off to just enjoy the experience for a little while before worrying about doing things to help move it along. If you end up having issues and end up getting into infertility you are going to long for those stress free days of just enjoying trying.
That being said, if you are insisting on increasing your odds from the get go - go on a pre-natal and buy a basal temp thermometer. You have to wake up the same time every day and temp first thing, before getting up. You can track it in a book, an online chart, or you can get an online app like fertility friend.
Ovulation kits are another good predictor, but they add up quick over time. I'd suggest starting with temping and then going to ovulation kits.

Ita with the temping. I feel it's what made it happen for me the second time around. Also the first month temping is really getting to know your cycle, so I would dtd every other day from say day 10 or 12-16 or 18. I had perfect 28 day cycles too and this worked for my first dd. second one was more involved.

The month I got pregnant, I didn't pay attention to anything - not ovulation, NOTHING and bam....so my advice would be just enjoy it, don't stress too much !

There's a thread pinned at the top of the TTC board. Definitely check it out, there's so much great info on there.

With DS#1 I tried for about 6 months before getting pregnant. The month we conceived I was checking my cervical mucos. Before I was just keeping track of when my cycle started/ended. But once I paid a little more attention to my bodys signs it worked for us.

if you don't want to take it easy and wing it, then google deanna's plan..
and yes I would start taking Pre-natal vitamins before you TTC.

Start taking pre-natals right away and regularly.
ENJOY it, don't think about it, and have sex as often as you can. A lot of docs will say every other day because of the sperm count and all that jazz. My doc said, everyday - as much as you can, until you want to drop dead.
Reading Fifty Shades helped with that
Go to the bathroom, if you can, before. Try to do it before bed at night and my doc said, once you are done - just lay there and go to bed! Have DH stay inside for a few minutes after he's "done" lol. And like my doc said, just roll over and go to bed and try not to pee until the next morning... you don't want to pee out all the good stuff

Re: pregnancy advice? (sorry if this is asked often)
DH and I had been trying for c. 5 months and when it finally worked, I had pulled out all the stops. It was my first month temping and I also used OPKs (though I never got a high reading).
I decided to give up caffeine and alcohol that month.
I drank Raspberry Leaf tea every day until ovulation to tone my uterus.
We DTD every other day starting day 8, I believe. DH on top. I laid flat for at least 20 minutes after. I would then get up to go to the bathroom for fear of a UTI.
We used pre-seed as needed.
Starting CD 5 I had pineapple core smoothies every day and just snacked on pineapple all the time.
Prenatals, of course.
I bought mucinex to use DTD, but then never did.
And that's the month I got my BFP! Every other month I tried to just have fun, let it be, just enjoy it. Nada.
