I ordered the Transfirmer
from QVC. I SO better love this thing because eveyone that does it seems to get amazing results!

You'll love it! I'm dying to get back up there and do it...you'll feel soooo good!
Also check out WW message boards in the Fitness Getting Started board. They were my inspiration along with the links I posted on the other board to get the TransFIRMer.

Yes I do...not as much as I did, but that's where I find a lot of great info. It was also recommended to get a Heart Rate Monitor.

I definitely think you'll like it. Let us know. I wouldn't start w/ the Ultimate Calorie Blaster unless you're really coordinated and familiar w/ step aerobics. I started w/ that and felt so clumsy, but I was sweating just trying to keep up The Supercharged Sculpt is a great one to start with. I'm actually about to do it. Good luck!
