if neg preg test would you ask the dr/RN what the numbers for that cyle meant
I would ask questions and the dr should also be trying to figure out if it was something that went wrong that could've been fixed!

I would let it go. Those numbers could be awesome (esp when on meds), but if fertilization didn't occur or if it's a bad embryo, it doesn't make a difference. I would be more inclined to ask how you could increase the possibility of fertilization or improve embryo quality.

I ask what my values & their targets are. Ask what they think happenned (usually, I like to hear stats).

Sometimes, especially with IUI, it just doesn't work and there's no reason it doesn't work. Otherwise, IUI would be close to 100% success rate, and not a 10-20% rate.
