The wait has ended.. Dr. T consult tomorrow...
nervous and excited to get back in ivf swing of things since taking a break after my chemical pregnancy in September.
was in city overnight so we did a drive by office today. such a busy busy part of Manhattan. taking half day from work to make sure we get there win time.
Hoping Dr.T has some hopeful things to say!!!

I wanted to add that my consult with Dr.T was literally the day my life changed. We went from being told surrogacy was our only option to being told I'd get pregnant no problem...... Now my son is almost15 months old. I'm wishing you the best of luck tomorrow and hope that it's as much of a turning point for you as it was for me!

He tells it like it is. He's not overly optimistic or happy like these REs who sell themselves by telling you what you want to hear. He speaks very softly and looks exactly like John Travolta lol. He likes to have as much info about previous treatment as possible. He gives many options. Sometimes that can be overwhelming, especially if you are unexplained bc he will be wanting to order numerous tests but he doesn't push you ever. You are always the one to decide so again, can seem overwhelming.

Anyone know- GHI has cutoff age for IVF? My fiancée got his ins verification and says 21-44 for IVF cutoff. He's 49. If I ever go onto his insurance, I wouldn't get coverage due to his age?

I would think that refers to your age, not his. The girl there who does insurance.. Jessica I believe... She should know.

I'm not on his insurance right now and his paperwork said no ivf coverage due to age.
