Biscuit dough donuts
my mom used to make these all the time for me as a kid and last night I was craving them so decided to make...so quick and delish
I use Pillsbury Dough for the dough
Heat 2 inches of oil in a large pot
Pull apart each biscuit dough and cut out a hole from the middle of each biscuit (I use a bottle cap). Fry them in the oil until golden and then flip with tongs to fry the other side. You can even fry the donut holes. Drain on paper towels and then toss in the cinnamon sugar or just sugar. So good. You can even decorate with sprinkles.

Sounds yummy!
what we do also with that dough is make like an empanada. Cook ground beef, onions, spices and some parsley and when you lay out each biscuit you spread it out and add a tsp of the meat and then you close it tight. You can either fry it (which is the best) or bake it.
