Rice side dish
I want to make a rice side dish for Thanksgiving and i was thinking rice balls but they seem really hard to make.
Any suggestions for either easy rice balls recipe or another fave rice dish you have?
Thanks.

Re: Rice side dish
I've made rice balls using this recipe. They're pretty easy to make but they're a bit time consuming.
ETA- I add basil to the rice mixture.

Rice side dish
How about a wild rice with mushrooms, or a nice risotto?

We made it last night just for dinner and good LORD it's amazing! I use 93/7 ground beef though instead of the ground turkey it calls for- tastes better and is actually less fat and calories than ground turkey.
